The thing is the people aren’t stupid because the majority of people were against Obamacare but since the employees of the people aka the Democraps like to act like fascists, they went against the will of the people and “passed” it anyway.
When the people of Massachusetts ( we are not all moonbats ) voted in Scott Brown as the 41st vote that would overturn Obamacare ( Scott Brown campaigned on being "the 41st vote ), the election was ignored and Obamacare was passed anyway in an anti-democratic manner by way of an ABUSE of the so-called "reconciliation process" which only required a simple majority of 51 votes instead of the ordinarily MANDATED a two-thirds majority vote in the Senate.
This is why I do not acknowledge the legitimacy or the legality of Obamacare....and I don't give a rats a$$ what the Supreme Court had to say about it......because whether it was a tax or not, it was passed by overturning the vote of the American people!!! Unfortunately, thanks largely to the lamestream media, many people either do not understand exactly what happened or they do not remember.
