Human sacrifice is part of jihad, it doesn’t matter if it’s infidels or muslims who are willing to die it is blood that their god and prophet demand. Remember the 3 choices they give the world.
I think ISIS is only offering one option these days. If you ain’t our kind of muslim you die. But maybe I’m not picking up the nuances of the situation.
