Attorneys for the Michael Brown family say Governor Jay Nixon spoke too much to protesters, and not enough to law enforcement, in his statement Tuesday.

Nixon outlined what is being done to prepare Ferguson for the release of a grand jury's decision whether to indict the officer that fatally shot Brown three months ago. Michael Brown family attorney Anthony Gray says what was missing from Governor Nixon's statement was admonishment of police.

The governor didn't adequately threaten cops....so the gentle giant's family is pissed.

Having an attorney is a threatening gesture by the family to the general public.

Using their attorney as they have been is who they are.

Nixon is so lucky his election isn’t for a few more years.

They have an attorney to represent them since they believe that Darren Wilson killed their son in error. Every American has a right to an attorney.

However, where I have a problem is they have walked right into the arms of the nations biggest race pimps, first Jesse and Rev Al ... now Benjamin Crump who is at the forefront of the next generation of race pimps.

And, so far, it appears that the grand jury does not believe that they have a case.

This whole thing has gone on too long. I can see where certain people want to drag it out as long as possible.

If they go by the law, they do not have a case. But in the age of the people’s choice, a/k/a Obama, the law is what they say it is.

"Assault rifles being pointed in their face, being manhandled, being tear gassed, hit by rubber bullets, falsely arrested, including members of the media, some of whom had their equipment damaged," says Gray.

There are numerous incidents of guys with the protestors pointing guns at cops; people pushing up against cops and knocking them around; people shooting at the cops, throwing Molotov cocktails, bottles of urine, or frozen water bottles (which the cops respond to with tear gas and rubber bullets); tons of false accusations against the cops; people with the protestors robbing the media or actively attacking them, not to mention the damage done to police property (cop cars destroyed while the cops were dealing with protestors, for instance).

Then there's the fact that protestors -- including the so-called peaceful protestors in the daytime -- have called for the death of Officer Wilson, threatened rape of female officers or of the wives and daughters of male officers, screamed racist invective at black officers, blocked traffic, intimidated people who just wanted to go about their business, etc. etc.

What I find particularly depressing is that all these things are on Youtube because the thugs pulling these stunts film themselves doing it and put it up there, yet there are news reports, where people say this is happening and that there's video footage of it, where reporters claim the person they just interviewed is lying because "there's no video evidence of this happening.

Not sure which is worse, the fact that the thugs feel comfortable advertising their activity, or the fact that they rightfully guessed the news media would never expose them.
