Let me propose something to dear Burke...
If the STATED goals of Obamacare could have been accomplished without the huge takeover and the accompanying fiasco and misery imposed on the populace,
could it be possible that the ACTUAL goals were the takeover, the fiasco, and the misery,
and the STATED goals were simply an excuse or way of selling it?
After Gruber’s revelations, how can you deny that this might actually be the case?
I cannot really understand just how anyone with one eye open and a thimbleful of brains could have ever imagined that the PPACA was anything but a planned disaster. To imagine that the federal government could actually improve on health care by writing two thousand pages of regulations is so absurd that anyone who believed it should be writing letters to the Great Pumpkin and that is if they could actually write. I would expect anyone who is really that brain damaged to sit in a corner blowing spit bubbles and moaning. Let me add that my comment is not meant to be overstatement or exaggeration, I mean it literally.
