A man trying to help children in Miami's Allapattah neighborhood was shot to death Thursday evening, police said. Several people were in front of an apartment building when a yellow Ford Mustang drove erratically around the group, which included children who were playing, according to Miami police. The victim, Brad Flowers, 24, shouted at the people in the car to try to stop in an effort to protect the kids.
....someone inside the car fired a shot at the man which hit him in the head.
