I’m not a bit surprised. He’s just following his leader Obola’s example in sheer unadulterated obnoxious arrogance. He probably wouldn’t ever believe that this would harm his chances for higher office in the rat party.

He’s taking all he can get on the way out. Count the silver in the governor’s mansion.

I didn’t see in the article how serious of a drug conviction it was. Was it just a minor misdemeanor pot bust that was embarassing to have on his record or a major felony drug conviction for which he did or is doing time?

Wonder how much that little ‘favor’ cost Junior?

Bill CLinton gave a pardon to his own brother (which was overshadowed by the pardons to Marc Rich and to the Puerto Rican terrorists).
Pardoning power should be limited by nepotism rules--it shouldn't be legal to pardon a member of your immediate family.

Forced out by term limits, Beebe had been discussed as a potential Dem presidential candidate in the New York Times, but he finally made national headlines for the wrong reason.
"Discussed," yeah, but they passed on him.
It was more of a "Why nobody is talking about running this guy" than "Hey, this guy should be president."
In some of his photos he does look uncannily like Bill Clinton.
I think it's the hair, but as noted on the other thread, those Rockefellers really got around in the 40s.

I’m from Arkansas and so is my wife. The Beebe family is full of delusional midgets.
