This is BS. Boehner needs to insist that Ob@stard DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO THIS BY EXECUTIVE ORDER AND THE REPUBS WILL FIGHT THIS TO THE END.

Oh, he'll do that, certainly, in the security of his bedroom, clutching his blankie talking to the wall.

Why would the republicans fight what they support? Barring some kind of intra-party revolt, which the 2014 elections make almost impossible, the only question is how the democrats and republicans distribute the blame, and the credit.

McConell and Boehner keeping their leadership roles tells you all that you need to know about the Republican Party.

Indeed. They will take actions that are willfully against the will of the United States citizens.

I advocated voting for the RATs over Boehner and McConnell. With their defeat they would have been removed. Of course, RINO Freepers attacked that idea.

The Power of the State will continue to increase in size with these two in leadership positions.

McConnell and Beohner are evil men.

I swear this man makes me miss Trent Lott. I didn’t think that was humanly possible.

He has to be replaced!

The right person would tell folks he was interested.

So far no rumors of an “insurrection” unlike last time. And if you recall last time there was a lot of talk be Boehner was re-elected rather handily.

As so many here have decried: GOPe just a lighter version of the fascist dumblecrats.

John Boehner needs to go as our Speaker. This story if true; proves even more so. Your Speaker; not only do we want them to be intelligent, he /she should follow the party’s platform and be the opposition to the other party’s ideas. He is beyond being a weak leader. I suspect Boehner is setting the stage to get this immigration / amnesty cleared in a way for Jeb Bush / the republican establishment. This is exactly why I believe a third party should broke off long ago / a conservative party but Rush, Levine don’t want it. I just can’t believe there are not enough patriots in D.C., to follow the best interests for our country. This Speaker should fight with fire and not compromise.

The Dems won’t vote for a Republican proposal, so no, I don’t think he has the votes.

I keep hoping that Boehner is faking it and that he just wants to look like he tried for immigration “reform”. If so, he’s a great actor. The right answer is to kill Obama’s power grab and then secure the border. “Reform” should not go forward until the border has been genuinely secure for a full year, and then the next step is to fix legal immigration - not to reward those criminals who were never caught.

"To me it's unacceptable. We believe what [Obama] is doing is unconstitutional," said one fuming lawmaker leaving the session.

The fuming lawmaker needs to ditch Boehner and find a new Speaker.

Boehner is arguably lower than Obola.

I thought (hoping) for the same thing and also thinking that back when the bailouts were being hotly discussed. Called his office a week before the announcement / decision being made to the public; his office told me it was already a done deal to do the bailouts. And, the public was so engaged against it up until it was announced. The honest truth. This is what is going on with the illegals getting amnesty / their so-called immigration reform. I’d love to be wrong.

In short, Olde Bonhomie Boehner is the very picture of a late 60's Ohio State Frat Boy

He needs polyester plaid pants, white shoes, a high ball, a cigar, a Cadillac Fleetwood circa 1968, and a good ass kicking.

Make THEM start a third party. WE are the MAJORITY. All we have to do is to unite behind a single presidential candidate early. That man is Ted Cruz.

legislation will not come up.
