Even if the supreme court followed the law and ruled against the subsidies there is no way that congress is going to claw back those that have already been given. MY guess on that would be that they will either “Fix” the law permanently(I would not put it past even the republicans) or at the very least they will legislate the Non-Clawback of subsidies already given. Not just Obama, but congress as well is responsible for the lawless application of the law. After all- Congress funded the subsidies.

there is no such thing as a death spiral for Obamacare or any federal program for that matter, it’s just a bigger deficit, which Obama and the democrats just don’t care about. It means absolutely nothing to them
