PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KFSN) -- California Highway Patrol officers say a South Valley driver was drunk when he hit and killed a 3-year-old girl Sunday night as she picked out a treat from the ice cream truck.
Investigators say the ice cream truck had just pulled into a Porterville driveway when 18-year-old unlicensed driver Adolfo Balbuena hit four people before taking off. Officers later caught him hiding near the Porterville Municipal Golf Course.
CHP officers say the drunk driver had a blood-alcohol content of one-and-a-half times the legal limit. He lives near the crash scene and told investigators he knew what had happened, but he left because he was afraid and didn't have a license.
Flowers, candles, balloons and crime scene diagrams are left in front of the corner house where a broken fence is a reminder of the drunk driver who officers say made a last-second turn and plowed into a family who was picking out their selections from an ice cream truck.

Any bets that this child killer wasn’t an illegal alien, living in America illegally and awaiting become an instant citizen thanks to Herr Obozo.
Was he driving a Ford F-150 and wearing a cowboy hat by chance?

This same infuriating situation was handled a lot better outside of Houston.
That narrows it down to only 100,000 drivers at that moment

This, along with the two officers killed in California recently, and NUMEROUS OTHERS are ON HIS DOORSTEP. It’s HIS GUILTY, PREMEDITATED FAULT. There is NO AMOUNT of bulls*** spin that his enablers can create around it.
Considering the part of Texas where the situation occurred, I’m surprised it even went to trial. I hope this PA won’t try this again in the future. Huge waste of taxpayer money.

Just another reason for me to like Texas and Texans. I hope that if the situation was reversed, the people would have found the same way.

Unlicensed to drive, under age to drink, and here illegally - a trifecta. Well, go big or go home, I say. But I wish that they would go home, period, without killing or injuring us first.
He’s killing the innocent children that real Americans wouldn’t kill. That’s what criminals who enter our country illegally can do for us. Liberals even see that as a good thing - less CO2.
Probably as often as the environmentalists complain about illegals trashing the border, or the animal rights groups complain about illegals mistreating animals, or the feminists complain about illegals harassing women. Which is to say, not at all. Illegals are precious, entitled, and above the law. It's only evil when white people do the above things.

While King reports 12 Americans are murdered daily by illegal aliens, he says 13 are killed by drunk illegal alien drivers – for another annual death toll of 4,745. That’s 23,725 since Sept. 11, 2001.
