Joe the Plumber can tell him what to expect. Anything he ever did will be made public (including things he didn’t do that someone is willing to claim he did). His licenses will be reviewed. He will be audited. This will cost him, and I am grateful that he is patriotic enough to accept those costs.

Should a lawsuit succeed in eliminating subsidies for those buying insurance on federally run exchanges, it would result in many people confronting similar, or worse, price hikes... I think some states will go build their own exchanges quickly.
I just heard that last night -- even if the Supreme Court rules that subsidies are allowed only for state exchanges, it might not kill Obamamcare, but rather cause states to build exchanges.

You can make a state build an exchange, but you can’t tell them how fast they’re going to build or run it, or how well it will work, or how well funded it will be...

Liberals forget that darn near everything gets posted somewhere on the Internet and they can no longer rely on the media and government censors to send these embarrassing statements down a memory hole. Orwell’s world of Big Brother cannot exist if even a shred of truth remains.
