Former President George W. Bush said he and his father believe Jeb Bush should run for president but ultimately the former Florida governor must make a decision regardless of any pressure from the family.
I can tell you I can speak for 41, Bush said, referring to the 41st President George H.W. Bush during the official launch of the 43rd presidents book at his dads presidential library center at Texas A&M University. He ought to run for president. He would make a great president.
We can pressure him all we want, but its not going to matter.
You cant pressure somebody on such an important decision. Its not going to cause him to think positively or negatively if we all continue to harass him. Only he can decide.

Well George and George, get over it. It isn’t going to happen.

If you split the vote in the primary, the RINO will slip through. That is how these people keep getting the nomination.

Of course it will happen (if the GOPe decrees it). We peons on FR will have little say in the matter. They will crowd the ballot with several conservative candidates to allow us to split our votes and, if it's what they want, Jeb will breeze to the nomination.
If conservatives don't get behind one candidate we will have a repeat of every primary since 1992.

Whoever runs against Jeb in the primaries needs to hammer him on this event. Hopefully he won't run. There is no end to these people's egos and the people, like Rove, that spend every waking moment stroking their egos.
