95% correct. He is partly wrong when he says that a gun owner is responsible for what is done with his gun.
If property is stolen, the property owner is not responsible for what the criminal does with it, nor is he responsible for the crime of theft.
I assume he meant while it was in your possession but yea, he should have been clearer. Overall great vid though.

Criminals are ultimately to blame for criminal acts each step of the way.
Blaming the gun owner for a crime committed with his stolen gun, is like blaming a woman for being raped just because she was somewhere she could be assaulted.
The criminal owns it all.
