President Obama used his executive authority to increase the availability of visas for Chinese workers and students, a move that immigration hawks regard as a signal that his promised executive orders regarding immigration are coming soon.
“Obama announced a new plan Monday to extend Chinese student visas to five years and business and tourist visas to 10 years, saying the move will boost jobs in the United States,” USA Today noted.

I predict the GOP in Congress will do nothing except make complaints in the press.
IF what Obama is doing here is illegal, then it is a simple matter to stop him cold FOR A TIME via preliminary federal injunction in court. Governors and State Attorney Generals have standing to bring it.
Well he already did some “action” concerning Chinese Visas.....
Obama isn’t concerned for the welfare of minorities or illegals.
They are just convenient issues for him to use to continue his attacks on white Christian traditions, the US Constitution and his goal to destroy America.
Look at how his policies have made blacks worse off than they were under George Bush.
He wouldn’t care if he killed off half the blacks in the USA as long as he knew whites, Christians and patriots were suffering too.
What an idiot. The Chinese students come here for a degree and most of them take it back to China. Jobs? What jobs?

He’s in China, isn’t he? Did he make the announcement there? Did he take the supply of visa cards with him? Going to stand on a street corner in Bejing and hand them out, obozo? Good. Don’t come back until all 3 million or whatever of them are gone!!
A ten year tourist visa? Tourist? Obama disgusts me.
Obama is just testing. IF, that is IF anything he is doing now is interpreted as illegal, then we will see what the GOP will do.

No, in China, to move from on region to another you need a visa. What kind of BS is this?
Obama already authored an executive amnesty with the 2012 DACA Dreamer amnesty that, to date, legalized 580,000 lawbreakers with an estimated 1.8 million eligible. They received work permits, SSNs, and the right to travel freely in and out of the country. That was the test and the GOP flunked it.
