The net result is that principals will be unwilling to do the paperwork to suspend black students for anything. The only way to get one out would be for the police to take them out and put them in prison.
Oh, and more than that. Central office will now have real-time data on which principals are suspending the most black students. Phone calls will be made from central office to the principals.
Given that most principals are careerists and not educators, this will have a chilling effect on any attempts to maintain order in the schools.
Prison is superintendent supervised.
Its the Gangsta Thug Culture of Rap Music to blam. Young blacks all want to be rebelious, bad boys with attude and anger. They all want to be as “non-white” as possible and get in line for prison. Change the culture! Ban Rap music from the radio waves. Ban the Gangsta Culture in TV, Magazines etc... Show it for want it is—a one way trip to nothingville.
