Nope, the feds REQUIRE Spanish statewide and other languages (like Vietnamese) in some areas. We can sometimes find English ballots too, if we look hard enough.
The big problem for the Democrats here was Voter ID. It pretty-much assured that only LEGAL people could vote. The Dems tried to run the clock out with their hack-federal-judge, but instead it TOTALLY BACKFIRED on them. Not only did the Dems have no time to organize different means of cheating (once they knew Voter ID would be enforced), they could not even get the law softened up, as the high-level courts simply did not have the time to review the law...so they let it stand as-is, the toughest in the nation.
With Voter ID in place, the election was destined to be a blowout, and it was.
