I’m sure Executive Action by a President is meant for times of dire need of national security when Congress is out of session.

The Supreme Court may have to weigh in on this.

I even question that....

He just got Routed in an election and now he is going against the Will of the American people.

He DOES NOT get to be Dictator every time congress is on break or not in Washington for whatever reason. LOL! It does not work that way.

Executive Action by a President...

What exactly is an "executive action"? I've heard of EO's, Executive Orders where the executive lays down rules for executive agencies to carry out their Article II responsibilities.

Perhaps this is just another angle to an imperial presidency, by changing language and creating a new executive power, executive action, from whole cloth - using EO's as the cover.
