It should be noted that one year ago, Ted Cruz and Mike Lee were being preemptively blamed for possibly costing the GOP a majority in the Senate and more seats in the House due to their efforts to use Congressional power of the purse to defund Obamacare.

Is that enforceable? An employer could just cut hours and say it was a cost saving move or the full hours weren’t warranted.

If an employee challenged it could be messy and eventually they would lose their job one way or another.

The single biggest obstacle to getting this done is not Obama, it's Mitch McConnell, and maybe even John Boehnor.

Unfortunately the GOP won't have the votes to override the filibuster much less override a veto.

The Individual Mandate is the heart and linchpin of the law. Repeal it and the whole thing dies.

Any legislation that fails to overturn the mandate can be seen as a vote FOR obamneycare.
