Eric Holder's Legacy: the Divine Right of Criminals
Investment Research Dynamics ^ | 11/06/2014 | Martin Smith

The abject failure of the nation's top law enforcer to enforce the law against bankers of any significance in the wake of a $10,000 billion crisis is notorious.

Less well-known are (1) the astounding lengths to which Eric Holder's DOJ has gone to protect criminal banks, which just so happen to be clients of his law firm, (2) the degree to which the rule of law has been subverted (it's been destroyed; we have been living under the rule of man, officially, for some time), and (3) the broader implications of Holder's reign on U.S. national sovereignty (grave).

Snooping around in enemy territory I came across this investigative video that the MSM has chosen to ignore. After the recent election, I would hope to see criminal indictments of many Banksters and Criminal employees of the government (DOJ), as well as members of the Fed. If not then I am convinced of the total corruption of both parties and patiently wait for the only corrective action that can be taken.

Money is the mother’s milk of politics. I somehow I doubt if a McCain or Romney-appointed AG would have gone after the bankers either. The difference would have been the media. With Holder, nary a word of criticism. With a Republican AG, we wouldn’t hear the end of it.

Holder is a violent felon.
He participated in the armed takeover of an ROTC office.
And there is “surprise” at his criminal actions?
I’m surprised he hasn’t done MORE that has come to light.

I hold to the old belief, that anyone that intentionally enacts a criminal activity against American society at large, or individually against John Q. and Jane Q. Public, or any servicemember, has forfeited their legal rights, period.

We have to assume that Loretta Lynch will be no better, or Obama would have selected someone else.

At most we might get slightly better manners from Lynch, but that remains to be seen.

I had/have the same hope, but don’t Holder your breath.

My experience has been that the S.E.C. and the feds couldn’t find their own derriere with both hands and a SQL statement telling them exactly where to find it.

This is what happens when the Vanguard Elite has assumed control.

Neither McCain or Romney had the requisite character and integrity to be able to point out the failure of Penny Pritzker’s Chicago family owned Superior bank in 2001 for its innovations in subprime lending.

Wonder why that is.

Meanwhile — Pritzker is now the kleptocracy’s Secretary of Commerce.
