The birthplace of the Islamic State (ISIS) has been traced to Camp Bucca, a detention center that was operated by the United States military during the Iraq war.
According to The Washington Post, many ISIS leaders, including Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, “were incarcerated and probably met” at Camp Bucca, “which had detained some of the war’s most radical extremists along the Kuwait border.”
“According to former prison commanders, analysts and soldiers, Camp Bucca provided a unique setting for both prisoner radicalization and inmate collaboration — and was formative in the development of today’s most potent jihadist force,” reports the Post.

The Washington Post links the beginning of ISIS to the March 2009 release of hundreds of inmates from Bucca.

Therefore, the real birthplace of ISIS is none other than the Oval Office, as most Egyptians have long suspected!

But the resistance to ISIS won’t come from an ISIS prison. They don’t take prisoners.
It was practically the first thing Obama did.
There was no reason to do except to show he was against the war.
Obama’s policies caused it all.
That's an oversimplification.
The conspiracy theory is that the Baghdadi who was put into the Camp Bucca prison was not actually Baghdadi, but the Mossad agent Eliott Shimon.
So, ISIS is the spawn of Satan(the Great Satan or CIA and a Jewish woman(Israel/Mossad)
The purpose of this CIA/Mossad hoax was to find out who might be willing to fund such an operation and who might be willing to join such an organization.
But please, I'm not saying that this exists, only that this is a conspiracy theory in the muslim world.

That is a very elaborate theory, but then, who really knows?
I would never have expected Fast & Furious to be planned and executed by a sitting American President till now. Nor would I have expected such a President to get away with it, hiding in plain sight, as it were, on the nearest golf course.
