Outlaw early voting AND keep election day a non-holiday AND repeal “motor-voter” AND require positive, verified, photographic identification to vote AND purge the voter rolls of illicit registrations.

I OPPOSE efforts to expand the number of people voting. Voting should require a bit of effort.

EXACTLY! This election was won by those people ( by and large ) who thought about the issues and made the effort to vote. The 67% that didn’t vote quite likely included the 47% who are on public assistance of some kind. As such, they should not be allowed to vote because they vote in their own self-interest rather than for the good of the country.

You nailed it!

I hate those "Get Out The Vote" campaigns.

If you have neither the motivation or knowledge to get yourself to the polls and cast an informed vote, I don't want you in the booth!

WHAT YOU SAID! The only thing I would add is to make April 15 election day, while the pain is fresh.

Outlaw early voting...Voting should require a bit of effort.

You would eliminate too many that work for a living. Folks that jobs are not simple 9-5 and always in the same location should not lose their right to vote.

This idea of yours sounds the best to me. Also,I would have all states doing their primaries at the same time. That would put more/better choices on the ballot in the general election
