Threaten in advance to take away their EBT Cards. All else will be unnecessary. But our Gov. has plans to run as Hillary’s VP (IMO). He will not do anything to jeopardize that, even if the Palestinians, Black Panthers, and other outside agitators take Ferguson apart.
As for rural areas? More abandoned mines than the Donbas. Many sinkholes. Some known. Others not...
Time for a mass sick-out for the Ferguson PD.
Let the animals run wild, burn their own homes down, rob each other blind, shoot each other and show what asses they are on national TV.
> These essentially amount to a set of constraints on police response to the violence expected to result when the grand jury declines to indict Police Officer Darren Wilson for his self-defense shooting of Mike Brown, the 290-pound black adult male who, in what seems like an all too common moment of poor judgment, attacked and tried to kill the police officer.
His mother supposedly armed-robbed people selling Michael Brown t-shirts.
Nuke it from orbit.
Only way to be sure.
If there's no cops there, the journalists will get mugged and their cameras stolen before they have the chance to use them.

“”Im a huge fan of bean-bag shotgun rounds”

The irony fairy probably choked on 18, which is why she was unavailable for comment. Seems to me that more than a few officers have been ‘harrassed, intimidated’ night after night, and have had ‘personal private information published’ following the protestors’ demand that officers wear nametags. Children, parents and wives were also threatened. But heaven forbid we say something against a protestor demanding more rights than he/she is willing to reciprocate.
I didn’t see where it said how many people the protestors can kill before the police start breaking up the crowd.
Why don’t the white officers there and elsewhere go on strike?
Here are what I think are reasonable compromise positions that should be put forward by the cops.
1) Preservation of innocent life and property. Looters will be shot.
2) Fine
3) So you can bus in and organize reinforcements? Don’t think so.
4) You’ll provide police with the names, fingerprints and Social Security numbers of all protesters.
5) “Every attempt” is oh so flexible. Fine.
6) Clear standards of restraint and sound organized peaceable protesting will be maintained and adhered to at all times
7) Protesters will not wear masks, bandanas or any other attire that will obscure their faces. They will not wear gloves that will inhibit the collection of fingerprints during the post-violence investigations
8) Rocks, molotov cocktails, blunt-force-trauma weapons and projectile weapons will not be used either.
9) No. See #3, above.
10) Protesters will engage in self-policing, removing violent troublemakers from the crowd, and handing them over to police
11) Businesses will not be burned or looted.
12) Riots are indiscriminate events. Enter the riot zone, enter the food chain.
13) We’ll be more than happy to set up an armed perimeter and let peacable citizens looking to leave/disperse to walk out
14) See #13, above.
15) If you can tell us how to identify a bottle filled with water, as opposed to urine or gasoline or bleach as it’s hurtling towards our unprotected heads (see your demand #7) fine. Otherwise we’re treating it as a potentially lethal/debilitating assault.
16) Again, see #13, above.
17) Burning, looting, destruction of private property, violence against other persons will not be tolerated
18) Intimidation and harassment of police offices will not be tolerated.
19) Bond won’t be much of an issue. Neither will incarceration of arrestees. See #13, above and perhaps rent the movie “Escape from New York” to understand what we’re saying. Docs and attorneys will be permitted to cross the perimeter into the protest zone, however no police escort will be provided.
At the very beginning, concern over “peaceful protest” trumping “maintaining the peace” is what has created months of riots and chaos. Don’t listen them again.
There might be one there as well, but this one is listed as being from:
Worthington Tank Museum at CFB Borden (Ontario, Canada).
Only if the protesters are wearing cotton shirts.
