As the article mentioned, the Pubbies can hit Hussein where it hurts and defund the White House. The RATS will scream about racist attacks on the One but he is not popular anyway so who cares?

You tell the depts they lose funding for implimenting it and will be eliminated as a dept in the next cycle if they ‘do’ amnesty on the EO authority or lack of it. All people will be held in contempt of congress and prosecuted individually.
