Manchin does have some conservative tendencies (relatively speaking), and he can see the handwriting on the wall in WV. I could see him making the switch.

I hope he doesn't switch. We need a few Manchin's around. He'll be voting pretty much in lock step with Republicans and when these conservative Dems vote with them and the bill gets sent to Obama, McConnel and the leaders can say it's a bi-partisan bill.
