Found their ice cream to be a bit bland and runny, but thats a franchise problem.

You add fresh fruit to your ice cream. They then spend a bunch of time smearing it into the ice cream on the cold stone. This takes a lot of time, holds up the line, and in the end the fruit is frozen solid and tastes like it came out of the freezer.
Insane.
