A morning visit from Secretary of State Scott Gessler on Election Day prompted a last-minute change to the ballot verification process at the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder's Office.

Gessler arrived at the Boulder office, 1750 33rd St., around 10:30 a.m. and had a closed-door meeting with Clerk Hillary Hall.

His visit followed complaints from Boulder County Republicans that their party was not equally represented on bipartisan election judge teams, and a lawsuit filed — and dismissed — Monday alleging deficiencies in the oversight of ballot signature verification in the county.

Rat Boulder County Clerk caught trying to cheat by Republican Colorado Secretary of State; forced to change ballot signature validation to be like the rest of Colorado counties.

[With Colorado's all-mailin elections, the only safety guard is comparing the ballot signature with the on-file signature. Boulder County Clerk wanted to avoid that verification procedure.]

I believe I read, here on FR, that one of the Boulder ‘Republican Poll Watchers’ was a Democrat until October 10, when she changed to Republican status. This crap has got to be stopped!! We are one step from the brink of becoming a 3rd World country when it comes to the fraud in our elections!

I guess that the SC could not stand for a rat that got caught squeal on what was going on. Boulder elections have been questionable for decades.

This may be enough to get a recount / review of the Boulder ballots. If enough ballots are found to be fraudulent, might take a large number of votes away from Hickenlooper and force a state wide recount.

The state GOP needs to get this in front of the news outlets here in Colorado. National news would be even better.

If a Liberal verifies the signature then it’s ok.
But if a conservative also reviews that same signature, sensitive voter information may be compromised.

Why do we let these idiots get away with these ridiculous explanations that a 13 year old would be embarrassed to use.

“that one of the Boulder ‘Republican Poll Watchers’ was a Democrat until October 10, when she changed to Republican status”

Not just one, but several. This was the first shenanigan by the Boulder County Rat clerk. Eventually, she was forced to dump the fake Pubs and then ten new, actual Pubs were sworn in.
