And I actually think the president will sign the bill on the Keystone pipeline because I think the pressure hes going to be boxed in on that, and I think its going to happen. What pressure?! Obama doesn't have to sign anything. The only reason he would sign a Keystone pipeline bill would be responsible behavior. And he has not once done that.
If we do not have enough votes to override a veto, Keystone goes nowhere.

What pressure?! Obama doesn't have to sign anything. From the Democrats that don't want the same slaughter in 2016 as happened yesterday in contested races.
Obama still expects checks and perks after 2016.
