We live on the Upper Yukon, split community 100 whites, 30 Indians in their village 7 miles from town; I live in between. Our family voted for Sullivan & Walker; I even got 3 dem Indian buddies to vote Repub; convinced them Begich would vote for "O"s appointees for Scotus and we'd lose 2nd amend; then they agreed they better vote Repub.

All our politicals are crooks up here, beholding to oil industry. Walker has been running a few years so I figured give him a shot. Palin put out the word to vote for Walker and Palin is the only politician I'd ever trust about anything. Palin's support is what got him ahead. Parnell is ok, but when they are in too long, they think more about themselves than Alaska. Walker will be OK, he's a conservative. Alaskans have a tradition of voting in candidates that don't kiss up to the Repubs ole boy network anyway.

I'm just happy enough that Photo Radar Mark is history for now. But I figure Mark will recycle and be in the picture again down the road. Mark has a brother Nick, pretty interesting guy; I sure wish the Repubs would run him, good guy. And more than anything, I wish Palin would get back in the picture. Palin did better things for Alaska when she was gov, than any gov I've ever seen anywhere my entire 60 years on this good Earth, no joke.

A bit closer but as long as the margin stays around 3%, Sullivan gets the seat. I don’t see that dropping below that now there’s 85% of the vote in.

Parnell actually ran ads against Walker's agenda to cut the state budget. He used the lib line "Will Walker cut schools?". Palin was right on this one and Walker was a registered R until Sept. He should be good if he's prevails.

Look at his platform, he’s backed by the unions and the DEMOCRATS. Democrats don’t support the more conservative candidate. He’s swine. A RINO turned defacto RAT. Baby killer.

Parnell is more conservative than Palin, he repealed her oil tax and she’s mad.

94% of the vote in - Sullivan up by 5%.

Rural bush votes and some votes from Anchorage are still outstanding.

Whether Begich can overcome that lead with them remains to be seen.

Begich should be deported to Alaska, so should Walker and his ILLEGALLY appointed running mate, Byron Mallot.

96% of the vote in - Sullivan 49% Begich 45%.

At this point, its Sullivan’s race to lose.

The collusion of government and business has given us so much bad policy from R’s and D’s in recent years up to and including Romneycare and Obamacare to bail out big insurance companies and hospital groups (their stocks are skyrocketing under Obamacare).

Sarah Palin discovered the corruption in Alaska and she is fighting it with her endorsement.

Best of luck to Mr. Walker tonight....

Boy, I thought the worst was the good ole boy network up here Palin talked about, I watched those guys connected with lower 48 Repubs do their dirt for many years. No joke, they tell the judges what to do, ect and if any honest elected Repub attempts to straighten things out, they are destroyed. They are just as bad as any filthy dem, and to think they are Republican is almost too much to take.

If Walker doesn't do good, he'll be gone quick, so now he has a chance to prove his worth or waste his chance. I'd much rather give him a chance than continue the status quo. If Palin says give him a chance, I'll trust her judgment as Palin has proved up too many times for me not to follow her insight. I've watched Palin since the early 90s and lived here watched the political realities the entire time. Also, I don't see Walker in the light of Phony Tony. We'll see with time.

Democrats don’t support the better person, this is a NO BRAINER DUH. That anyone would argue that point is breathtaking. Walker is an a-hole like your new Governor.

But if you need more.

Maybe read it this time. You can’t refute it.

Sarah is on the wrong side, period. There is no debate.

Dems don’t back the more conservative choice, that’s a DUH. I mean come on. And switching out his running mate for the rat gubernatorial nominee was ILLEGAL. Disgusting for Sarah to endorse that crime.

Parnell ran against DON YOUNG and “good old boy network” he’s a conservative. Palin’s oil tax was rightly repealed and the PEOPLE voted to uphold the tax cuts. She should get over it.

I’ll give him a shot, if Palin says so; her word is good as gold. Alaskans have a history of electing AIP Governors. We’ve always had super crooked Repubs up here. Electing Independents keeps our Repubs somewhat thinking about how the voters view their lack of integrity and honor; we really do got a bunch of corrupt Repubs up here. I mean if our Repubs are just as filthy as the Dems, what’s the point?
