True story...I was on vacation in DC and walking on the west side of the WH complex. Suddenly security shut down all traffic, vehicles and pedestrians.
After about 10 mins, an armored Suburban with Biden waving to the crowd drives out with two escort cars. A guy in a thousand dollar suit turns to me and says “If Joe didn’t have a chauffeur, he’d get lost on the way home for lunch”.
