Could be the SUV was stolen..the police said that when they went to the home that the car was registered to they said the owner no longer lived at the residence..as far as how Santa Ana is made up, Id say its predominately Hispanic, you will find pockets of blacks here and there but its mostly a Hispanic area
I have been hit three times by undocumented, uninsured immigrants and one of those times the vehicle had been transferred so many times through auctions and private sales the police couldn't figure out who owned it when I was hit.
