If Bill Cassidy finishes first place in the November 4 vote, not only is she finished, she might not even contest the runoff. That would be a great victory. Then she will have to contend with the Obamacare rate increases. Her big mouth is glued to the keep-your-doctor and keep-your-plan nonsense.
