Well Obama is liberal, and liberals have contempt for stay at home mothers. Per feminist theology, mothers need to be in high powered professional careers. Per feminist theology women don’t have a choice to stay home with the children or cut back career ambitions to accomodate family responsibilities.
Per liberals, mothers need to fit in their families around the demands of a career, not fit her work around the needs of her family.
Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) was caught on tape saying ‘these women who stay at home, leeching off their husbands or boyfriends and just cashing the checks (think that) is some sort of feminism because they are choosing to live like that’. She was challenged during the 2012 election and passed off the comment as a ‘light-hearted spoof’ but did apologize. Now, in a Red state like Arizona, how did she get away with this and get elected? There was a Libertarian in the race who siphoned off votes from the Republican running. There is again a Libertarian running and the Media isn’t much covering Wendy Rogers, a Veteran and Pilot, figuring Sinema, who they portray as having moved to the middle (yeah, right) as the winner already. Sinema is a mess.....she should be losing this race.
