FTA:
He recalled a dinner with Burke in Amsterdam, where Burke had decided to move Treks European headquarters from Frankfurt. ~snip~ When the bill came, she says, I have a lot of people looking at my financials right now. Could you pick up the bill? And I picked up the bill. That was a little strange, he said. FReep Mail me if you want on, or off, this Wisconsin interest ping list.

I have two. The first one I bought in the 90s was a mid range price bike made in the US. I bought a newer bike one and a half years ago more expensive bike but made in China.
The only bikes they make in the US today are the $2000 all carbon fiber racing bikes.

It has been all over the Madison news outlets today, but it won’t make any difference to the Commurats. The hatred for Scott Walker is nothing like I’ve ever seen. This is a bastion of communists and they will vote accordingly.

Anyone familiar with how large corporations operate knows that “eliminating the position” is a lawyer's subterfuge.
When you call a person in and scream “You are fired”, Donald Trump style, you had better be very careful. That can lead to all kinds of legal problems; discrimination for sex, age, color, religion...depending on the lawyer's imagination.
When you eliminate the position....it matters not what color you are.
And in family held companies, things are even more difficult.

They do now as all the major papers were forced to do stories. Hopefully Bicycle Barbie is toast. Down 7 pts in yesterdays poll.

I bought a Trek mountain bike for around $800 in about 1992. I still have it. It was a very nice bike and loads of fun, especially on trails. Presently, it’s out in the barn.

The state liberal media sat on this story for months.
Look at the leftist rag Milwaukee Urinal-S--tnel title as they try to cover up for Burke:

True enough, but really, Liberals really hate anyone, and I mean hate, any elected person who doesn’t subscribe to their dogma.
Walker, Reagan, Bush, Quayle, Palin, Allen West, doesn’t matter who they pathologically hate.
