A Class I felony in NC is the lowest level of felony, with possible sentence of 3-12 months per Yahoo, but it is still a felony.
If the Veritas investigator WAS actually a non-citizen, then these people are on video committing a felony, right?
But if she was actually a legal voter, that might be enough to get them off because then they weren’t actually instructing a non-citizen to vote, right? Or is the attempt enough?

This is nothing compared to the undercover video from Colorado supporters of Mark Udall agreeing to, and assisting in the planning of, voter fraud. Do a Google search of “Project Veritas: Voter Fraud, Colorado”, and watch the video.
I live in NC and just posted it on FB.
The right to vote is paramount to our survival. Violating this right should be a capital expense which if violated earns one the choice of firing squad or hanging.

Makes me wonder how many progs are willing to bread the law or abet in order to hold onto their new sexual lifestyle rights or maybe easy and legal highs.
If patriotic Americans have lost the soap box (their free voice and an honest reasonably unbiased media), the jury box (their equal justice under the law), and the ballot box (their honest vote) - there is only one box left for honest Americans to exercise.
