Trek no longer builds bikes in the US. What about the exported jobs?
The higher end bikes are still built in Wisconsin, in a place called the “Carbon Lab”. There are some advanced carbon fabrication techniques there that they are probably not allowed send outside the US. Hint: The only outsiders who have been in the Carbon Lab have been from LockMart, Northrup Grumman, Boeing, and NASA.
