Supposedly, there are close to 200 bills which the House has already passed and which Harry Reid has refused to bring up for a vote. Even the turtle should be an improvement in that respect.

Supposedly, there are close to 200 bills which the House has already passed and which Harry Reid has refused to bring up for a vote. Even the turtle should be an improvement in that respect. There are always hundreds of bills passed by the House and waiting on Senate action at the end of every Congress. The current figure isn't particularly high or low.
