She is another Leftist who has to have her way, just like Hillary. What a Bitch.

Red England is chock-full of women like this...unfortunately; they vote.

"She's a very good person who did very good work and deserves to be honored, not detained, for it," he said.

She's a self-righteous, self-important danger to herself and those around her. She lacks the common sense to conclude that her month working with ebola patients does not entitle her to endanger others.

Does she not understand the meaning of 21 day incubation period, or possibly an even longer incubation period?

What’s the big deal about staying in-of-doors for 3 weeks to make sure you’re ok, and show your fellow citizens that you’ll make that sacrifice to ensure everyone else is safe as well?

Seriously, if I volunteered for such work, I would have no problem submitting to a quarantine on the back end if it could be done at home.

If it is a matter of sacrificed earnings, then perhaps the government should be willing to help. But other than that, I simply don't understand why medical workers who have been directly exposed think they have the right to go where ever they want and do whatever they want when they come back to the US.

Actually, Paul LePage was the CEO of the Mardens chain of discount stores here in Maine, not the owner of the chain.

His wife Anne, as you probably know, helps wounded veterans and even went skydiving with a wounded warrior. She’s a very classy and down to Earth woman.

Republican Governor Paul LePage has this to say about the prima donna:

LePage defended the quarantine in a news release Monday, saying that state officials must be "vigilant in our duty to protect the health and safety of all Mainers." Adrienne Bennett, a spokeswoman for the governor, told the Portland Press Herald that authorities would take "appropriate action" if Hickox does not comply with the quarantine, though she did not specify what that action might be.

That's not what she was complaining about, though. She is currently required to stay in her house to make sure she's OK, but that was the conession Christie made yesterday, after she complained. She was complaining that she was being quarantined in a tent next to the hospital, without heat or running water, far away from her home.

There ya go!
Making the mistake of assuming the concept of objective reality and truth.

They don’t operate from that basis.

They “think” based on the concept that humans define/determine reality and truth. It is absolutely obvious to us where this idea comes from:

“you will be as gods, knowing good and evil”

I like your idea of an RV if it could be decontaminated easily, but a tent is still pretty practical as an option.

Why wasn't her home a practical option?

I would agree to release her, but only if she spends the next 21 days hanging around in a law school.

The tent is inside and the weather has been exceedingly mild since the weekend. She’s a showboat, a prima donna and a drama queen. I think she’s also a setup from the fake Ebola “czar.”

I love Maine. I go up to Tenant’s Harbor every year and would love to retire there.

I don’t think she lives in NJ.

Christie’s quarantine order only applies to NJ.
