A St. Louis property manager is warning businesses near the St. Louis County courthouse to prepare for “civil unrest” in the wake of the imminent grand jury decision in the Michael Brown shooting.
Public demonstrations and random acts of violence have plagued the St. Louis area since August, when a white police officer shot and killed an unarmed, black teenager in the North St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, MO.
The warning to businesses came by way of a letter, dated October 21, addressed to “all tenants” in The Boulevard shopping center in Richmond Heights, MO. The shopping center is less than a mile and a half from the site of the grand jury proceeding in Clayton, MO.
The Pace Properties Manager disclosed that the property management team “met with local authorities/police recently to discuss their plans and recommendations for dealing with possible demonstrations and civil unrest after the grand jury decision is announced on the Michael Brown shooting.”
The term “civil unrest” is used multiple times throughout the letter....

Perhaps the citizenry will use tranquilizer darts to calm the beasts.
Business owners should gather heavily armed family and friends for a solid show of force at their businesses.
Plywood sales should do well.

So, is this St. Louis property manager going to send out teams of accountants armed with “really” sharp pencils to prevent property damage?
Threats! That’s their method to get what they want...no good losers!

Truth is not thier concern, looting is. They sh## where they eat, they will burn down an already burnt down community where they live, try this in neighboring hoods and see what happeneds
Apply lots of plywood followed by an unplanned vacation out of the area.

Isn’t it racist to just assume that there will be violence??
I remember once seeing All Sharpton on TV, complaining that people tend to associate blacks with violence and crime. And he said how unfair and undeserved such status was.
Is it prejudice to fear violence from certain people, when experience has shown that some are more prone to violence than others?
They’ll move in after the carnage and take over the area. with Asian shopping centers/strip malls.
Real people of genius. Burn down viable businesses to be replaced by what? A community organizing center named after Obama?
I hope those business owners are all Democrats. At least they will reap the whirlwind they have sown. Republicans shouldn’t be anywhere near that plantation, but if they are, they should be well armed, and ready to kill.
