105 BILLION - Texas

Population:
US population - 316 million
Texas Population - 26 million

Per capita Spending:
USA - 15,190 per person
Texas - 4,040 per person

Yeah, Texas is a big spender...

Also those rates are also dictated by inflation as welll...

Also keep in mind theconomy of Texas is gropwing better than the US as well...
