I’m fine with not allowing executive privilege regarding the emails to his wife and mother but isn’t there a privacy issue?
I assume these are emails originating from an official U.S. government email account. If true, there is no privacy.
His wife and mother are probably his “bagmen” to run “errands” like picking up the money. They’re all corrupt and nothing they won’t do.

Dummy accounts with the Wife and Mothers names on them that Holder’s other cohorts had the password for and used? Not too hard to imagine that - my DOG has an account for my junk e-mails.
And I’m not NEARLY as smart as Holder! ;)
Holder is a gummint employee using gummint equipment to talk to his wife, or whoever-——he has ZERO right to privacy in the public domain. Whoever the bleep is responsible, the IG? , has absolute authority to listen/read every scrap of communication in and out of the gummint office. As an experienced Nuke auditor I can tell you that even dragging ones feet answering a job/equipment related question can get the butt-dragger busted. In this case, regretably, the whole sytstem has been corrupted and just ain’t working but the rules are plain enough.
