The job these people hold ostensibly is almost always cover for what they really do. The public job is just how they get paid. So you hire them into some government job, or you create a fake organization and make them president of it. Or whatever. It relieves you of the need to pass bags of money under the table. You can write the checks quite openly.

How can we have an ebola czar or ebola president if they haven’t had ebola. I demand Obama and his czar show solidarity and contract ebola. Otherwise they have no business making decisions about ebola.
Dead wrong, Cal......It has nothing to do with stopping or containing ebola because it's a threat to the American people. Klain was picked to make the Ebola story disappear from the public consciousness.
Coordinate all the suspected cases under the rubric of national security and patient confidentiality. Make sure the first responders use code words over the radio---never "Ebola". If he can't contain the story in a situation where there are too many witnesses--bus, plane etc......declare it a false alarm and take no action.
