At one of the links to stories about this, I read an amusing theory in the comments section that the whole thing was an accident caused by Michael Brown tripping on his pants that he was wearing below his buttocks, thereby falling into the vehicle.
Crump knows full well Wilson is 100% innocent and there is no chance Wilson will be convicted, but if Crump can Mau Mau the Grand Jury into an indictment under the threat of violence, Crump will be able settle out of court for millions before the trial starts just like he did with the Treyvon Martin case.
State of mind is a factor.
When told to leave the middle of the street and move to the sidewalk, Michael Brown swore at the officer.
When Wilson tried to exit his police vehicle, Brown pushed the door in, pushing Wilson back inside.
Those two acts alone establish that Michael Brown was not in a law abiding, gentle giant mode.
Grabbing the officer’s weapon was strike three.
The truth is irrelevant.
Not if he were really high enough to experience hallucinations.
Not to mention he had just robbed a store and assaulted the clerk just before this happened.
Facts don’t matter to racist black lynch mobs.
An amazing thing to me, was when he had Officer Wilson pinned inside the car with his right hand and arm, he give Johnson, his accomplice, the box of cigarillos with his left.
Then uses his newly freed left arm to fight for the weapon.
Brown signed his own death warrant by his own choice.
Add this fraud to countless others like Tawana Brawley, and why you almost strip Al Sharpton and his fellow travelers bare.
I’d sure like to see evidence that some groups get that.
I can think of about seven who did. Good for them. I respect their choice to do the right thing.

They wouldn’t be “persuaded” by God Almighty Himself, because they’re not after justice or the truth, they want the lynching of a white officer to show their power and put the fear of blacks into YT. That’s what all the knockout games, other black-on-white violence and intimidation is about.
True. I also think it accomplished another goal. Turn more whites toward racist thoughts who never had them before. That way they can keep running on the ‘racism’ and be able to actually find some occasionally.
but I don’t think it got the ‘fear’ response they wanted. It got a lot of gun sales.
They better all be out of town before the sun sets or else.
