Another Øcare failing. Was supposed to cover more for less, covers less for more.
I think that it is being excluded as a risk for things such as hospital malpractice policies, travel insurance policies, events (can’t have the concert due to an outbreak in the host city), etc., NOT for health insurance policies such as would cover individuals and qualify as 0bamacare. But that is JMHO.
