Evidence supports officer’s account of shooting in Ferguson
Washington Post ^ | October 22, 2014 | Kimberly Kindy and Sari Horwitz

Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson and Michael Brown fought for control of the officer’s gun, and Wilson fatally shot the unarmed teenager after he moved toward the officer as they faced off in the street, according to interviews, news accounts and the full report of the St. Louis County autopsy of Brown’s body.

Because Wilson is white and Brown was black, the case has ignited intense debate over how police interact with African American men. But more than a half-dozen unnamed black witnesses have provided testimony to a St. Louis County grand jury that largely supports Wilson’s account of events of Aug. 9, according to several people familiar with the investigation who spoke with The Washington Post.

Some of the physical evidence — including blood spatter analysis, shell casings and ballistics tests — also supports Wilson’s account of the shooting, The Post’s sources said, which cast Brown as an aggressor who threatened the officer’s life. The sources spoke on condition of anonymity because they are prohibited from publicly discussing the case. [...]

When Obola says "our people," does he mean Eric Holder's people?

Begs the question how long is this Grand Jury going to last, maybe they are waiting for the first bitter cold snowfall.

Rumor has it they are waiting until after the election. Wouldn't want the riots affecting the peoples' right to vote.

All of this news coming out, is just devastating to the liberal racial narrative, that young black men are being shot by racist white and white Hispanics, for no reason.

Based on what we’ve heard, I would be surprised if they issue an indictment at all.

Then, we’ll see if Sharpton and his crasser imitators come out and pressure the governor of Missouri to appoint a special prosecutor.

Remember, in the Trayvon Martin case, it was a special prosecutor who indicted Zimmerman. The local DA there didn’t see sufficient evidence to indict Zimmerman. He was indicted by a special prosecutor.

I see the media has already decided the case. Along with Governor Nixon, Sharpton and Jackson. And here comes the jury with their verdict. Nice pic.

Add this fraud to countless others like Tawana Brawley, and why you almost strip Al Sharpton and his fellow travelers bare.

I’d sure like to see evidence that some groups get that.

I can think of about seven who did. Good for them. I respect their choice to do the right thing.

Good citizens one and all...

Many of us have thought this all along. It is simply unconscionable that the media would portray this as a racist cop simply shooting a black youth walking down the street for no reason at all.

At first I felt sorry for Officer Wilson since he probably would not be able to work again at his profession. I think now he'll be able to spend the rest of his life in luxury on a secluded Pacific island, courtesy of NBC.

Color negates the truth in the minds of this thug minority. The Truth is a relative thing.

If a thug is killed by a white cop...a grievous and irreparable wrong has been committed. /s

Many fine Blacks have assimilated...but they are merely Uncle Toms.

Thug culture, on the other hand, is insulted by political correctness.

Only truth telling will start the healing. More PC lies will only perpetuate this BS. Same for Islamophobia.

Truth is the antidote....the only antidote.

Same for other ***phobias and C***bashing.

Our/Your only hope is the Truth.

A culture that cannot discuss the truth is doomed to lies...and darkness.
