I don’t believe the self serving and preserving Duncan ever helped any Ebola victims..

his own “family” said he was ultra careful and avoided all contacts and chances of catching the disease..

he avoided any areas or people that had Ebola..

Why are we letting these people in?

Because:
We’re suicidally PC;
We’re just plain stupid;
It’s political gamesmanship:
There is a plan to hurt America.

Pick one.

Now, who pays for this forced test at the hospital?

The American taxpayers, naturally....

Uhm, I dont recall saying MRSA can’t be cured.

It apparently can be given my friend’s experience with two rounds of picc lines and one round of orals.

If I said that somewhere there must have been a context confusion in my eriting.

I can’t say mrsa can’t be cured, having taken care of my friend for a year while she went through the 2 picc lines, orals and 5 operations 4 of which included scraping her femur of that crap and cutting the ball off, which had turned into a sponge from MRSA

Also, I am not interested in the effects of all 3 diseases. They’re horrible.

I’m attempting to calm peolle, who are being led around by the news, that the sky is falling.

It seems everyday a new person or group of “Is suspected” of ebola.

Did they really get it?

Why didn’t the people, who were in close proximity, in that apartment get it anddddd who cares?

This isnt an epidemic.

..This isnt an epidemic....

Yes it is just not in the usa -yet

I believe the nurses got it, to believe otherwise would be a huge expensive conspiracy...

good question why those in apt didn’t get it. could it be he was not extremely contagious until after he left apt?

I posed the question not as my assessment of a lie, rather to point out how few people he infected.

I am using language to incite discussion.

Nurses are human and can forget to do a certain thing or despite doing it right, the fluids are spread to an area of their body they hadn’t considered.

It could even be something as simple as taking all their gloves, masks and gowns off then just before washing hands, as a final measure, they brush their hair back and off their face.

AIDS and MRSA have no cure, like Ebola but, we have the ability to help the body fight back, extend life and possibly reduce detectable levels to zero or a manageable level, improving quality of life and extending it.

Your words not mine...

Bring Out Your Dead

Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.

At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

*sigh* Such is life, and death...

Thanks, Some surgery these days are amazing. We are blessed. He had a kidney removed with a da vinci robot on Tuesday they let him go home Wednesday. The discharge nurse said, “you don’t want to be in here, you might catch something bad” She didn’t elaborate.
