Oh, I have NO problem with that. I am all for the Olympics having the Paralympics as part of it. The Commonwealth Games this year in Glasgow had the ‘Para Games’ as part of the athletics and other events, and it was terrific. The CG seem to be ahead of the Olympics on that score.
Yes, they already have their own Olympics....having blades gives an unfair advantage because one of the things that slows down runners is lactic acid buildup in the calf muscles, which obviously Pistorius didn’t have to deal with.
Better than what he was facing for what he seems to me to be guilty for, better than nothing for the family of the woman whose life he ended.
