MADISON (AP) Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen is giving up on finding a way to get a voter photo identification law in place for the Nov. 4 election.

Why wouldn’t the RINO AG be fighting for this so that it might work out the same way it did for Texas?

Because in the Texas case, the US Supreme Court said that Voter ID COULD take place while the lawsuit proceeds but in the Wisconsin case the US Supreme Court said that Voter ID could NOT take place while the lawsuit proceeds.
Go figure.
The problem we had in Wisconsin is that the 7th circuit allowed Voter ID back on Sept 12th by lifting the injunction against it and then later affirming it via a decision on Oct. 6th.
Certain municipalities in Wisconsin had already sent out some absentee ballots before Sept 12th that didn’t tell the voter that ID was required.
Elena Kagen then heard the ACLU appeal and conned Roberts and Kennedy into thinking the entire election could be challenged since Voter ID could not be uniformly applied this election because some voters got those ballots without needing to show ID.
So the law was suspended. It likely is upheld AFTER the election, which sucks for us, because that gives the Dems an extra percentage point that Scott Walker will need to overcome.
Critical for Wisconsinites to read this thread about how Texas is going to get VoterID for good and for true:
One Last Hurrah for Texas Voter ID

Author’s conclusion: *****Whats the solution? For Texas to pass a new ID law lickety split. A new law can be in place within a few days of the Texas legislature convening in January. Pass something identical to the law approved in South Carolina or Georgia, and its lights out for the foes of election integrity.********
How the hell can one determine precedence when the USSC rules differently on essentially the same cases but from different states?
What is the remedy for the out of control judicial branch that is overturning the will of the people and their elected representatives?
It never was easy to win an argument with outright fools, as first they drag you down to their own level and by doing so succeed in winning the argument.
he’s not been a very good ag at all.
“The problem we had in Wisconsin is that the 7th circuit allowed Voter ID back on Sept 12th by lifting the injunction against it and then later affirming it via a decision on Oct. 6th.”
To put it another way, the federal judge was a TOTAL IDIOT in South Texas when she waited until less than 4 weeks before the election to stop Voter ID (same issue, some ballots were out, and required IDs). Had she acted a month or two earlier, she may have been able to pull off her stunt.
I doubt the Dems will trust her again with something as important as protecting election fraud.
More on voter ID. In the mean time, it appears that Chicago has just programamed at least one machine to cast votes for all Democrats all the time! The Dems don’t need “no stinkin’ iD “ to win the Chicago way.
FReep Mail me if you want on, or off, this Wisconsin interest ping list.
I agree, but at least he didn’t crash any state-owned cars while drunk driving!
Good Old ‘Keg’ (Peg) Lautenschlager! (D, DUI, WI) *SNORT*
I can’t believe that Cook Co. machine hasn’t made bigger news.
Doesn’t this demand immediate action? The SOS running massive tests all of the state?
and then tried to say it got damaged in her driveway.
The evil garbage going on concerning elections in this Country is Goliath in magnitude. We all need to fall on our faces before Almighty God with prayer and fasting. Unless we turn to God with all of our hearts we are sunk. But if we do we will be amazed at what He can and will do. He is our only hope. We have run out of self.
