It would not surprise me if they do
There’s one thing about this whole story that bothers me. If the number is twenty-four million (any number of suggested numbers)....then you’d need to subtract that number from Latin America. Honduras for example, has only a population of 7.5 million. You’d basically have to admit that an entire generation of youth, have given up and moved onto America. What does it say about these Latin states in twenty years? An old population with no possible future?
