Number two had severe asthma

It sounds like bleach may not be a good disinfectant to use in your home if you need too. Take a look at this product. It is not listed for Ebola specifically yet, but it contains silver ions that a government study says does kill Ebola.

We’re big H2O2 fans, both internally and externally. I’ll check this out, though.

Well, that’s certainly interesting — seeing silver ions packaged and marketed that way. Silver, of course, has been known for its antimicrobial effects for a long time when directly applied or immersed. Now whether I’d trust it vs. bleach in a possible life or death situation I’m not sure. An issue with any type of disinfection is that every single microbe must come into physical contact with the disinfectant. A single dust particle concealing a handful of Ebola virons could be responsible for doing you in. What I wonder is whether the silver ion solution is different in its “reach” vs. bleach. In other words, is sodium hypochlorite better at penetrating muck to get at the virus than a solution of silver ions? I don’t know, but I suspect it is. Anyhow, thanks for the link, will be thinking about buying it.

Read the reviews on Amazon and it apparently works but leaves a sticky film on everything. So that doesn’t sound good.
