Well, back at the time of America’s founding, shutting down public institutions, even schools being shut down, was the norm. They would restrict travel. What’s interesting is that even Obama has done a 180 on his own campaign promises for contagious disease. He promised travel restrictions, but now we don’t even get a common sense approach.
