“exhorting school districts to comply with federal law”
I’ve been looking for the passage in the constitution that explains how federal law always trumps state and local law. I haven’t found it yet.

As far as that goes, if she can’t head south, she can teach herself at home, like millions of Americans have done over many years—and still do.

Wonder how all those liberals will feel when their property taxes go way, way up to pay for these extra students?

The feds allow them into our schools with little or no medical screening. Something an American citizen would never get away with at public schools.
These invaders are spreading Enterovirus and other diseases. Enterovirus is deadly and there is no vaccination. It has already infected and killed far more than Ebola in the US and most of the victims are children.
The acts of our Government have turned from politically motivated to absolute criminal.

the state recommended that schools consider classifying the children as homeless, which under federal law allows them to attend school even without proof of residency And doesn't require any IMMUNIZATION or MEDICAL RECORDS.

I detest the PC media using the term ‘immigrant’! The people are illegally in this country; thus, illegal aliens.
Anyone know what law requires US taxpayers to pay for educating people who are not legally in the US?

Poor kid sits idle for hours...
Interesting, nobody showed any interest when my kids were sitting idle for hours while the teachers taught English to the illegal immigrant students.
Cry me a river you foreign national ingrates!

Any kid, under 16, is required by law to attend school. A distrct can’t pick and choose.

I wonder how this ties in with the Benghazi hearings? Or maybe it’s the IRS or VA scandals it has something to do with.
